
I'm not quite sure we're out of the woods just yet. I need to look into some database settings, and I need to contact our hosting company to see if they've finally fixed the problem. That in and of itself can be a challenge, since they rarely get back to me about my issues... As soon as I'm sure the site is stable again, I will begin the process of moving it to a better host - one that offers a 0.01% downtime agreement.
In the future, please check the homepage for updates if the site is down. That end of the site hasn't proved to be as troublesome, so I'm thinking that's the best way to keep you all up to date on what's going on.
