Caltrans District 9 shares that of California State Route 120 West to the east Yosemite National Park entrance gate is scheduled to open on Thursday, May 12 at noon. This is the second attempt as an earlier effort to open this segment was hampered by weather. The road within the park is still closed and we will share a definitive date when we have that. Sonora Pass (Highway 108) may open Friday, May 13 (weather and conditions permitting). Check this before planning travel: http://www.dot.ca.gov/cgi-bin/roads.cgi.
The Saddlebag Road will remain closed since the focus is on plowing the main routes. After it is plowed, it also needs some time to dry out since the dirt segments of the road get very muddy, that is, vehicles get stuck in the mud.
Thanks to all the crews working to get the roads open and expect snow at these elevations.

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.
