Within reason, (and the HST rules and guidelines) this is also an anything goes forum. Tell stories, discuss wilderness issues, music, or whatever else the High Sierra stirs up in your mind.
I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

I'm retired and running a resort sound like work! And I am not psychologically prepared to deal with tourists on a daily basis. I have a hard time standing Markskor and I don't even have to talk to him when we are together!

I remember that dude telling me almost 10 years ago about the bonus brook char limit of 10 under 10". So what did we do? Why, catch (from an unnamed regional lake with a hellaclimb) and eat the new limit of course.
