Yosemite Valley Bike Rentals
The family and I are going to be staying in the Valley for a couple of nights mid April and plan to putz around on bikes one of the days. Unfortunately, we won't be able to bring our own bikes and thus will rent, but we can bring our own trailer for the kiddos. I see that a trailer can be rented, but it's an extra $30 a day I'd rather not spend since we have our own. I hoped that I can just use our trailer with the rented bikes. Does anyone know if they're OK with that? Don't ask, don't tell? Also, has anyone noticed if the bikes use quick release axles? It makes attaching the trailer (Burley) that much easier. Thanks.
I'm still rather convinced that you can achieve more than you've ever dreamed of if you just lower your standards.

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

Re: Yosemite Valley Bike Rentals
Thank you, Maverick. I called a couple of times, but no one ever picked up.
After a couple of days I did receive a response to my email, "...due to liability reasons we are unable to accommodate you...". Not what I wanted to hear, but expected. It's a moot point though since we will be able to bring our own bikes (new hitch-mount rack on the rig).
