Summitpost.com site?

Grab your bear can or camp chair, kick your feet up and chew the fat about anything Sierra Nevada related that doesn't quite fit in any of the other forums. Within reason, (and the HST rules and guidelines) this is also an anything goes forum. Tell stories, discuss wilderness issues, music, or whatever else the High Sierra stirs up in your mind.

Does anyone know why summitpost.com is down?

If you try http://www.summitpost.com it prompts you for a password, and the message:

"Hold tight... getting things going... No access for a while"

Sounds to me like they're updating. I'll bet it's back up soon. I was just on there the other day, so I know it's only been down a short time. These things happen...just be patient.
