After cross countrty skiing 3 of the previous 4 days took my boat down to Lake Billy Chinook yesterday. Took about an hour to catch my 5 Kokannee then tried to catch a big bull trout but to no avail. Fish finder indicated big bulls down between 80 and 120 feet but they weren't biting, probably full of kokanee!
see what happens next week as the weatheris expected to continue to be balmy!
Barbecued kokes last night. About as good eating as you can get!

It is a toss up for me as to which fish is more tasty: Kokes or Goldens. Both swim around really cold water eating fresh water shrimp and have that killer deep red meat!
Higher taxes never reduce the deficit. Governments spend whatever they take in and then whatever they can get away with.
