Sierra Snowpack conditions

Most of the first round of on the ground surveys are complete. As of a couple of days ago San Joaquin river drainage was about average and everything north above average. Kern drainage still below average but current storm will have an impact. See http://cdec.water.ca.gov/cgi-progs/snow/COURSES
