Your thoughts on the new banner?

I did a quick design of a new banner on the top of the website. What are your thoughts on it?
P.S. You might need to hit your "refresh" button before you can see it.
...and keep in mind that the way things are now, the photos will change depending on who donates their work.

I was a little confused on the"new banner" 'til I read your post, Eric, and hit refresh.... The pictures all popped up - they look great!

Come on now... Don't be a chicken. If you vote "I would have liked to see something different" or "I hate it!", post why you think so and what I can do to make it better! You see, you don't just get to vote here...you get to submit detailed input. Don't worry; I can take constructive criticism...
