MY ISSUE & TEXT:
....................................................................
I have used Milkman since 1973 less the few years you were missing from shelves. I was delighted to find you back, as good as before EXCEPT for a terrible change in packaging.
For decades, you sold Milkman in what I assume was a foil package.
ALWAYS WORKED PERFECTLY: I almost never used a full package at one time and simply folded the top of the partially used foil package a couple of times, perfectly satisfied that the package would not pop open and make an awful mess.
NOW WORKS TERRIBLY: Now you supply Milkman in a Mylar or other plastic packaging. Obviously, whoever designed the new packaging DOES NOT USE your product! Or else they are disrespectful of their customers. The ONLY reason I can think of for using a plastic package is to insure freshness? If that is the thought, then your design department never studied the problem, just made assumptions. I used hundreds of Milkman foil packages (almost always partially used) and never, ever had any taste change or any even remotely ill effects. Over almost 5 decades of use.
The Mylar/plastic package is impossible to fold shut when partially used.

It is impossible. You have to tape it shut or use a rubber band or risk spillage and a mess.
So, in short, I will still buy Milkman. Tastewise, you have no peer.
But every time I open a new package I will CURSE your packaging department, I hate that packaging so much. Yes, you will get my business. But is it not worth something to avoid your customers cursing a bad design with EVERY SINGLE USE??
PLEASE return to what worked for decades in a most perfect fashion."
