I have a 4 person permit from SEKI entering Woods Creek on Friday August 31 and exiting Bubbs Creek on Tuesday, September 4. This is Rae Lakes Loop in clockwise direction. Sadly, our trip has fallen apart for work/medical reasons.

If anyone is interested, I am happy to transfer permit to your name, ideally you venmo me cost I paid for the permit. If nobody is interested, I will eventually just cancel the permit and leave it open to the masses.

Permits aren't transferable so far as I can tell.

I have two separate emails from SEKI Wilderness Permit Office that indicated they will transfer the permit if I provide them a different leader's name.
