I guess this is a cop-out, but here's a link to the trip report I did on the Backpacker Forum. I'd do new one here, but Flickr takes FOREVER!

Re: South Lake North Lake trip TR
Happy 25th anniversary. What a nice way to celebrate! Although my wife and I have spent so many trips in the High Sierra together I don't recall we did any major hikes on our anniversaries beyond about no. 10 or so, although we continue to hike, now with our kids who were added to the mix quite a bit later in life than for the average (both of us beyond 40 for the 1st one). Less than a month ago anniversary no. 28 passed but it wasn't in the mountains--the usual big dinner with a nice bottle of wine. Perhaps for no. 30 we'll do something High Sierra oriented. Anyhow, congratulations on a fine trip for a memorable anniversary. The High Sierra is special to those of us who post here, and it is extra special when we are able to share it with our soulmate.
Since my fishing (etc.) website is still down, you can be distracted by geology stuff at: http://www.fresnostate.edu/csm/ees/facu ... ayshi.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
