Sister Lakes + Forsyth Peak

Planning on doing this Labor day weekend. Hoping its not too crowded.

Can I go through Leavitt meadow or is it better to take the trail to the east? (the one that goes past Secret lake)
Massive amounts of horse crap? Been through Kennedy Meadows late in the season and it was pretty bad
Any suggestion on which of the sister lakes to stay the night at? Was thinking Helen. (Theres a route up Forsyth from the inlet stream I think)
Good fishing?
Anything else I should check out around here? Been meaning to climb Tower peak but prob dont have enough time this trip...
