Post doesn't show up in "view active topics"

ok. here's one for you. I posted on outdoor gear topics at 5:44pm today:
viewtopic.php?f=15&t=12261&p=92337#p92337
It doesn't show up on the "view active topics" list. Is the indexer just really slow or what? I'm at a loss for this one. I'll add that this post does show up in view active topics. The other referenced does not.

It should show up in the area circled in red, but it's not even as of today.

This post doesn't show either in view active topics.
viewtopic.php?f=15&p=92355#p92355 even from mschnaidt's base post.
Now the funny part. I'm logged in according to the logged in status bar at the bottom of the index page. but in any thread, it doesn't show me as logged in. No "online" strip showing, but I can still post. All site cookies were deleted twice for fun. I use the latest 40 version of chrome on win 8.1

Dunno. I'll search around the settings to see if it's something there.

umm. it just worked. all showed up just now.

Good. I was playing with the settings so must have corrected the issue.
For some reason topics under Outdoor Gear & Food weren't getting added to the view active topics query. Now they seem to be. Let me know if you see any other issues.
