Just checked it, and the weather looked right, the date was 11/03, and the time was 09:25, which was about three hours before I wrote this post. Glad to have it back!

Thank you for the link to the Tioga Pass webcam. Hopefully it will stay operational longer then last year, when it went down after the first storm. It would be nice to be able to see first hand the snow melt.

Flags To Be Flown At Half Staff On Friday
“Lowering of Flags in Honor of Former NPS Director William J. Whalen”:
To honor the passing of former director William J. Whalen, all offices, parks, and regions, with the exception of the National Mall, should lower flags to half staff on Friday, November 3rd.
