Was in Yosemite last night to see the meteor shower. Literally saw TWO shooting stars during the entire time I was there.....Needless to say I was disappointed, hope someone else saw some. I did attempt to capture the Milky Way.
I was pushing it with my 24-105mm, being it's an F/4, but bumping up the ISO to 2500 seemed to help a lot. Really need to get a low-light lense.

same neighborhood - Frozen Lake Pass is just around the bend on the right. This is south from Mather in late July 2010
