Never got past Benson on this trip (Late September 2006, a great snow year). Though I've also been down Kerrick Canyon I've never been over Seavey. You could have also encountered me in Sugarloaf/Roaring River in the 80s. I was little thinner and hair much darker then. I'll have to scan some photos from back then.

Late to the party, but I'm sure I have one or two lake pictures lying around...

So it is Lake 9046 the one I by-passed to get to the small lakes northeast
of Hogback Peak.
Lake 9046 is also pretty, though Slide Lakes is really the prettiest lakes in
the area IMO.
