Thank you. Congrats on both trips, especially the ski tour. I am very keen to get back into sliding on snow. I envy you the 3 Bears-- were they after your porridge? Ian.

WOW Harlen! I've done some of your route really late season before, but never had the snow. How in the heck did you find Copper Mine pass?! I had trouble finding it without snow. It sounds like you got lucky for temps. I want to say one morning late October, near Wallace Creek, I saw 12F on my watch while fetching water for coffee.I also remember frozen creeks and ice beginning to form on the lake near the Whaleback.

Very jealous.
