Sure it could be ATT but why is this the only site I have had issue with, certainly other sites use some sort of anti-spam/black list service??
This forum's software (phpBB) is one of the most widely used on the internet, and all recent versions use Spamhaus. Some use even more restrictive services than Spamhaus. Your ISP and/or your own possibly infected computer are the problem. I have no idea why other sites aren't an issue for you because A) you haven't told me which other sites you visit, and B) because I am not in charge of those sites so do not have an understanding of the security features they employ. Why don't you ask them if they use Spamhaus??
