Dude, that was a soul crushing read. Sorry about Bear. Your Sierra experiences always seem very intense (both positiveand negative), and this one was certainly that.

Ian, I'm so sorry for your loss. You did Bearzy justice with this trip and this account -- I'm sure his soul is now at peace, and I hope yours will be too.

Sorry for your loss. Your adventures with Bearzy make for some of the most epic TRs I've read on the forum, and I'm often reminded of your spot-on signature. You two really enriched each other's lives!

It was great meeting Bear and throwing a few sticks to him.
If I remember correctly, he enjoyed mountain pennyroyal tea with the rest of us, or maybe not.
We'll miss seeing him in your awesome photos.
