Interesting piece of the route to the top of Thunder Mountain... just step across that boulder.


Red arrow shows the location of that boulder step from the summit.



And the "Oh Shee-it!" view down.

Fooled me!
At first I thought that boulder was the keystone that separates the two peaklettes of Mt Goode. I recall nonchalantly stepping onto the Mt. Goode keystone as I was going one "peaklette" to the other, then suddenly realizing the sensation of exposure it created. Very exciting.

Panicked for a few days with the site not responding to DNS - was that just my area, or was HST down for a few days?
