For the cooked fish picture after Honeymoon Lake, do you wrap the fish in aluminum foil and put it in a frying pan?
How much time would it take to cook the fish ready?

15lbpack,
Here is the fish recipe.
Clean fish and cut off the head. Keep the tail on if the fish will fit in the pan otherwise cut off the tail. Cut the fish in half if it won’t fit in the pan. This is a good problem to have.
Rub olive oil all over the fish. Rub your favorite spices on the fish.
Wrap the fish in foil. Cook on a pan on a Jetboil for 5 minutes per side.
You can remove a lot of the skin after cooking with a fork.
Remove one side of the meat by running your fork from the tail moving forward along the bone.
Then remove the bone from the fish and the other side of the meat will be accessible.
Cut up small pieces of onion from the whole yellow onion you brought with you and add to the fish and tortilla.
Add Crystal Louisiana’s Hot Sauce to the fish taco.
Eat. Smile. Go to bed.
