I live in the Bay Area and use the public transit system to get to the mountains. You'll waste 2 days at least just getting to/from your trailheads; study the timetables carefully. YARTS only starts running over Tioga Road from June 15. ESTA only runs on weekdays.
Forget Uber. You can't even get an Uber from the top of Mt. Diablo. They go where the money is.
Your best bet is to rent a car, do a 3-day loop. The high country, passes, will still have snow at that time. I'd suggest a loop out of Hetch Hetchy, say to Vernon Lake; or the GCT from White Wolf, hitch back on Tioga Road. Those western valleys of the Sierra are already melted out.
