Usually oatmeal for breakfast, however I'm eating less of it as time progresses. Some sort of GF crackers with lunch. Dinner carbs alternate between quick cooking brown rice and quinoa flakes (used as a mashed potato substitute). Nothing pre packaged FD; to me they taste like sodium laced cardboard.

Home dried fruit is our largest source of carbs on our trips. Supplemented with butter toffee covered almonds. The dried fruit provides plenty of fiber in the diet. Bars and pretzel nibs are another source.

1. Quick Grits!! Easy to make and fulls of carbs. Packs well too.
2. Instant Rice. Great in soupy mixture.
3. Pasta, if ramen noodle count as pasta.
