Tioga Road Opening Date?

Plowing starts on April 15th, and snow pack is at 31% as of April 1. If you scroll
down and check out the previous snow pack percentages this year the second
lowest after 1988(31%), and that year Tioga opened April 29th. So what's your
educated guess on when Tioga will be opened by this year?

My guess is May 2nd.

That's the earliest date in the list (though it doesn't go back as long as for Tioga Pass itself):

Maverick's guess for Tioga sounds like a good one, although it seems there is still a fair bit of snow above 9000ft. I'd guess opening on May 5, with the road open for bicycles on the weekend of May 2-4.
