20 lakes basin
My dad , brother , and son wanted to go and camp for a few nights so I thought it would be nice to do an easy hike to start out. Also my elderly dad and brother live at sea level so I wanted high Sierra without a huge elevation gain.

Very, very nice! Thanks for sharing. Nice to have a peek at the snow levels as I'm planning the week after the 4th to grab a few nights with my bro-in-law from Boise.

The snow was melting very fast, one bank that we put some food into completely disapeared. Snow will be mostly gone everywhere by the forth.

I liked all your pictures, other than the hand trout. Good to see a kid having fun.
That looked like a bottle of "camp suds" in your kitchen. yuk.
How were the skeeters?

Yea a friend brought the camp suds, I told him it was totally unessary and showed him how I use just water and sand to clean my pots, he looked at me puzzled but admitted my method worked fine. He also took a lone hike to a small lake I suspect to clean up, I'm betting he soaped upped.rlown wrote:I liked all your pictures, other than the hand trout. Good to see a kid having fun.

What's wrong with my hand trout??? fishing was pretty crappy but on the other hand the Mosquitos where nonexistent! I pinched my barbs and set everything free. I took this picture because he was a colorfull bad boy.
