Laurel Creek Drainage
Well it is taking me forever to get the pictures for this trip finished, so I will go ahead and post one of them now and get the others up shortly. This is an early morning shot of Laurel Creek. The peak back right is Red and White.
It is now looking a little dark on this work monitor. Oh well, when i have more time.

Sure. Laurel Creek dumps out of Laurel Lake and Grinell Lakes. It is a side trail off of the mono creek trail. We left from the west out of Lake Thomas Edison. Most of the pictures taken here were off trail leaving the trail at the meadow above the switch backs.

Our intention was to make a loop from laurel creek up and over into hopkins basin and then up and over again into Pioneer Basin back down mono creek trail to edison. However, high water levels in both Laurel and Hopkins creeks had us change our plans and do the loop the other way over Rosey Finch pass (not sure if this is the real name) down to mott lake and out.
Thanks for looking
