Yeah, the wavy reflection is what first caught my eye.
When I was a much (much) younger man I was in a art gallery with a girlfriend. We both noticed a poster sized image much like yours, with the same great colors and the "wavy" smooth eye candy. The artwork was expensive, at least to me back then. A day or two later I returned to buy her that piece of artwork - man, did I ever get rewarded for that.
Anyway, last I checked she still has that thing hanging on a wall (the artwork hung around decades longer than I did).
Now that I've viewed your image a few times, it reminds me of a more surreal version of the view caught at about 1:15 or so in this video.

Any chance it's the same place?
