A forum to initiate member meet-up. Looking for a hiking/climbing/fishing/skiing/etc. partner, or are you planning a trip where you wouldn't mind having some company? Last minute invites can be just as fun as a well-planned group trip (sometimes even better) so don't be shy! And be sure to post a trip report to the appropriate forum when you get back.

Hello, Lenier,

I'm ready to go when you're ready. Thanks for that photo. Let me know when and where to meet. Two days ago I got to the top of my first 14,000 footer (Mt. Langley). Should I bring my white gas stove to melt snow? Looking forward to having a hiking partner. Many years ago I went on a Sierra Club trip (Doug Mantle, leader) to Mt. Silliman, and have done solo ever since. (BTW, the view of Sierra Crest from Silliman is jaw-dropping. I don't know where I got "Central Cal" from, sorry Lenier). Best, Josiah
