Desolation Wilderness Van Vleck
Has anyone been up in the area in the last week? I️ was curious if the road was open, to get to the trailhead. I’m planning a trip out of there and would hate for folks to try and show up here to find gates closed.

Have you tried calling Eldorado National Forest? They should be able to tell you.
