Kibbie Lake Report 5/3
Recent TR from the Yosemite Forum, nice early season location before it heats up. http://yosemitenews.info/forum/read.php?17,84488

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

Re: Kibbie Lake Report 5/3
Nice pics. Looks like he went all the way around past all the heavily used campsites at the south end of the lake. I remember getting there, finding a dozen people wandering around in the clouds that had descended over the lake, and after a look at all the shorts, tank tops, kayakers bound for Cherry Creek, and the troop of scouts, and then watching snowflakes coming down...
After talking it out with my friends we headed south for Eleanor. When we got to that designated area for camping complete with lockers, we were the only ones around. I thought it was pretty interesting, going from Kibbie to designated campsites to find solitude...
Some nice sized fish in Eleanor.
