Wonderful adventure.

What kind of skis do you use on such trips?
I assume skins are a must.
Do you use ski crampons?
Do you also carry show shoes with you?

It depends on the terrain I'm headed into, time of year/type of snow, personal trip or work.

For gentler terrain such as the Kern, I use a metel edged waxless ski (Madshus Anum). I also use this ski for all my spring tours regardless of terrain. On trips of steeper terrain and winter snow, I use a wider ski designed more for turning (Karhu Jak bc)

Yes to skins for both.

Ski crampons only trips where terrain and snow conditions may warrant them- usually I take them more on private trips.

Never snowshoes, with the rare exception on early season ice skating approaches.

These are quite wide skis: Madshus Annum is 109/78/95mm and Karhu Jak bc is 124/90/113mm.
Do you use telemark bindings with them?

On both those skis I have the Volie (sp?) Switchback tele binding and use the older T1 (Black) boot from Scarpa.

I still use a tele setup for most of my skiing. I have a Dynafit AT setup that I use for big mountains, but don't care so much for the futzing involved for touring.
