I was a public school teacher and had the summers off. Despite the fact that for 25 years I usually played over 50 softball games per summer I backpacked over 500 days in that time (including a few each Spring and Fall). I backpacked over 550 days in my life. I'll bet there are many who write here who backpacked more than I did.
