Bishop Area Hiker Cabins - HST Discount

Hey there folks.
As some of you may know, my family purchased Parchers Resort & South Lake Boat Landing over the winter and Im a partner and the General Manager. I was hesitant to post something here but seeing as Ive been an active member on HST since spring of 2005, possibly winter 2004, and after receiving some encouragement from Eric, I wanted to post an invitation.
Beginning this season Parchers Resort will be adding 3 small units for acclimation purposes and it would be awesome if some of you folks wanted to visit. During the peak backcountry season, late-June through mid-September, we have a 2 night maximum on these units to insure that theyre available for guests wise enough to plan pack trips or backpacking trips in the area. The hiker units will sleep 2 in bunks, 3 if youre really friendly, and normally go for $99 per night. The resort is at 9200ft and not only adjacent to Rainbow Pack Outfit but only 1 mile from the Bishop Pass trailhead so we think were on target with our intended purpose.
My parents have been backpacking in the Eastern Sierra for 35+ years now, myself a paltry 15, but being the family of backcountry enthusiasts that we are this was something we had to do.
Anyhow.since HST is easily the best resource for Sierra backcountry info Ive seen and considering Ive obtained so much info from here, especially when it comes to photography, I wanted to extend a personal invitation to members planning a trip to the Bishop backcountry.
If you notify me via PM, HST members receive a 5% discount on the hiker cabins......again, this is for HST members only!
Anyhow, were installing the new hiker units in late May/early June and they should be ready by the time the trails are ready action Keep an eye on our website for pictures of the units once theyre installed. http://www.ParchersResort.net" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.
If you have any questions.hit me up via PM.
