Bet you're right! Looks like lots of Dudleyas are called "live forever."

Knapp's Castle was built in 1916, but was consumed by the 1940 Paradise Canyon Fire






I saw lots of new flowers (to me)

I don't know what the white monkeyflower-looking one is (could be an albino). The others are, I think, Clarkia purpurea, Delphinium cardinale, and Calochortus venustus (I could have the species names wrong, but I'm pretty sure about the genus for those).
