Looking at Mtn H/W Meridian 1 - room for pack?

Post by ace_leroy » Wed Feb 06, 2008 2:14 pm

I am a new backpacker and looking to pick up a nice quality lightweight solo tent. The Meridian 1 caught my eye and though it says you can store your gear in the vestibule, I was curious if there is room in the wider entryway to store your pack inside the tent in the event of a downpour?

You should have room but so far a vestibule has always kept my gear dry.
