There were 54 participants this year. Probably the biggest ever. I was #3 for the green jersey (masters!). Kinda fun being in that category! Very few females signed up for this.

Beautiful pictures as always. Hurd Peak looks like a fun peak to me.

I can't imagine hiking 3 to 4 MPH uphill

Horseshoe Meadows to Muah Mountain (11,100')

Last day of the Sierra Challenge, and the peak they did WAS a challenge. So Tomcat suggested Muah Mountain. I had the waypoint and a description in the truck. It was a nice day for a hike. (wk 82, day 3)
