The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) would like to inform the traveling public that State Route 168W (Bishop Creek/ Aspendell) is closed at approximately post mile 2 due to flooding.
The traveling public is advised to stay away from the area to keep clear for responders, and proceed cautiously when driving through mountainous areas during extreme weather.

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.
