Big pine lakes 6/1/18

Headed to big pine this weekend. TR coming.
No snow to about 10800’ in the whole basin. snow started on the north facing slopes at about 10,800 '. Very little to no snow any where on the north 2/3rds of the basin and up the South facing walls. No snow at all up to and past the fifth lake at 10,600’with a few patches as you went higher on the southern side of the basin. A few mosquitoes Saturday night at dusk and a few all day in in swampy areas on Sunday (.5). Pretty warm both nights, so I imagine they are on their way fast.
