Tried this new Organic, Gluten-Free, Green Pea Pasta, it is high in protein and fiber, tastes quite good, and it has a 5-6 minute cooking time, which is not bad. Might make a good alternative to those folks wanting to get away from wheat or gluten too.

Sounds better then what Russ? This thread has nothing to do about who's pasta is better or comparing recipes. It was about providing information on a tasty alternatives/options to wheat pasta, for folks who may be gluten sensitive or may want a wheat free option.

Sunday..

Making Stroganoff tonight.. There goes a couple hours.. Why not take a poll for gluten free recipients on the site? Organic only means they hike the price 20%.
