I always wondered if anyone had done the PCT in winter. Wow.

Former coworker was doing it in sections over several years. We went our separate ways and I never heard if he finished or not. Last I heard he had completed northbound to about Crater Lake.

Looks like they are almost finished with their winter thru hike of the PCT.

Some guy did it way back in the 1930's (?) I believe someone wrote a book about it. Maybe Markskor has it in his extensive library

Dang, that book is expensive. I kept scrolling through the various bookseller links until I found one for $16 from the Central Sierra Historical Society.
