All:

Discussion: Upper level trough moving through our area today and tonight. Wind advisory has been canceled as of 3 am this morning for the High Country. Still a slight chance of showers and light snow along the Crest today with snow levels at +9,000 feet. Continued cool temps through Wednesday.

Today: Diminishing winds this morning in the Owens Valley with occasional strong winds in the upper elevations. Mostly clear skies in the valley with a slight possibly of showers and thunderstorms along the Crest through this evening.

Tomorrow: Dry northwest flow will persist keeping temps below normal. Otherwise, mostly clear skies with light wind out of the NW.

Outlook: Long wave ridge builds in on Thursday giving us mostly clear skies and dry conditions through Saturday, with temps raising up 2-3 degrees above normal.

Snowy:

Right now I am a little uncertain about the weather for Sunday, as a cut-off low may undercut the ridge that will begin to form on Thursday; I am betting this won't happen, so for the moment, it looks like dry conditions.

hope so! We'll be in the White Mtns and not the Sierra. I know there will be snow, but hopefully no wind.

All I want is good weather! [-o<
