Forecast for Mammoth & the Owens Valley

Broadcast Times 12:30pm & 5:30pm M - F

It will be dry and warmer for the next few days setting up a great weekend as an upper level ridge of high pressure builds in off the coast of California.

Today for Bishop & the Owens Valley: Mostly sunny and breezy with highs in the mid 50s and lows in the upper 20s. North wind 10 - 20 gusting to 35 mph

Today for Mammoth: Partly cloudy and windy. Temperature range 38 - 48 and lows 5 - 15. Northwest wind 10 - 15 gusting to 45 mph over the Crest.

Tomorrow for Bishop & the Owens Valley: Sunny with highs in the lower 60s and lows in the upper 20s. South wind 10 - 15 mph.

Tomorrow for Mammoth: Sunny blue bird skies. Temperature range 45 - 55 and evening lows 10 - 20. Light winds.

A few weak upper level shortwaves will be trying to move into our area the first part of next week with some high clouds and possible precipt. expected. The chance of precipt. will linger through Wednesday then a ridge of high pressure builds in on Thursday for dry conditions.
