American River Conservancy wilderness acquisition

Grab your bear can or camp chair, kick your feet up and chew the fat about anything Sierra Nevada related that doesn't quite fit in any of the other forums. Within reason, (and the HST rules and guidelines) this is also an anything goes forum. Tell stories, discuss wilderness issues, music, or whatever else the High Sierra stirs up in your mind.

American River Conservancy wilderness acquisition

Post by Timberline »

For those who may be interested and others curious, take a look at the link to learn about the largest, most important (IMO) wilderness land acquisition project currently underway in the Sierra. If you can help with a donation, please do. A lot of good things could happen in the American River Headwaters if this project succeeds. Here's the link: https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?shva= ... 7f32a1cb7e

My disclaimer: I'm not associated with ARC or have any stake in this project, and I'm also not very adept at posting to HST, given past experience. If there are problems with this post that the administrators can fix in the interest of getting this info out there, please help. Thanks, guys, and keep up the good work!
