New site glitch report

Instead of emailing or messaging the Admins or Mods with technical support questions or comments about the site, we prefer you check here to see if someone else has had the same difficulty or has made the same suggestion. What you're after might have already been posted and addressed here or within the FAQ. If not, please post a detailed description of the problem/suggestion and someone from the HST team will address your needs shortly. If you can't login/post and are unable to reset your password on your own, you may contact us directly.

Unfortunately, yes. Unless I post back here that an issue has been resolved it can be assumed that it's still on the to do list.

Good call. Just did. Works fine. You create a new thread and the option is under the post area in a tab next to the tab for adding an attachment.

things are slowing down again - posting a one line reply message timed out, "HST is not responding"

The message was posted, but the forum never reloaded with the new message until I exited the entire site and came back to check. All page loads seem to be slower than just a few days ago as well.

well, in this thread everything is going snappy - only on the videothon page things are sluggish then. Could be the content and not the forum.

There haven't been any changes made in about 5 days or so. Probably just the thread content, or the host server going through some temporary maintenence or heavier load period (HST is not currently on a dedicated server).

Everything behind the reply text box is inaccessible.
If you don't know where you're going, then any path will get you there.

Hi Jim (and other Firefox users)
Made some changes. You might have to clear your cache to see them take affect but this appears resolved on my end - let us know if this issue (or any others) still persist.

Not working here. Typing area is a narrow window to the right of the smilies, and I couldn't even find it for a while ;). I'll send a screen capture if you'd like.
