Beautiful image.

PS. I'm guessing the "HTML lite" on the board doesn't like the full path, text encoding, etc. of your original URL.

Maverick, you cannot like a photo like that through html. To do so, you must disect the html and embed the link to the page and photo through the tags. I did this for you below (if you hit quote you can see exactly what I did).

Awesome shot! I though I was in the mountains for a second...

PS From the flickr site: "Flickr Terms of Service specify that if you post a Flickr photo on an external website, the photo must link back to its photo page." So I've always used this embeding I just did to your photo to link back to the original photo page.

Thats a terrific looking landscape with the magnificent foxtail pines behind the lake and the big Whitney crest peaks in the distance. Makes me want to visit thar more than I already had a yearning too. Your image is however unnaturally contrasty such that the lake and trees are rather dark relative to light foreground rock. I'm guessing since you recently moved up to your new DSLR that your image editing skills are still coming up to speed. If so you might send me an unprocessed web sized image to me and I'll take a quick look at what can be done. ...David
