2007 wish list

Post by Sierragator »

As each year (climbing season) comes to a close. It it time to reflect on the past year and set goals for the next. 2006 was way off the 75 summits for 2005. Hoping to get back into my addiction in 2007.

Among the peaks I'd like to bag in 2007:
Sill
Wheeler (great basin np)
Baker (gbnp)
Moapa
Bridge
Goddard
Wallace
Haeckel
Huxley
Darwin
Mendel
Fiske
Morgensen
Mary Austin
Arc Dome (nv)
Angel's landing (ut)
Humphreys (az)
Joe Devel
Hitchcock
Chamberlain
Pickering
Mills
Bear Creek Spire
Julius Caesar
Royce
Abbott
Emerson
Izaak Walton
Red Slate
Electra
Ansel Adams
Conness

And of course the usual suspects for return trips:
Whitney/Muir
Thor
Lone Pine
University
Russell
Dragon/Gould
Middle Pal
Williamson/Tyndall
Mummy/Charleston/Griffith long dayhike
Telescope
Olancha (dr?)
Corkscrew/Thimble

Have a great 2007 and see you on the mountain.
Therefore we are all, in some sense, mountaineers, and going to the mountains is going home."

Indeed you are quite the Sierran addict to post a peak bagging list on Christmas day. I hope Santa grants your wish!

Cheers,

GB

P.S. If I can just get one SPSer in 2007 I will be happy, given that I haven't bagged one since 2003. OK, that, and maybe 15 or so lakes I haven't fished yet....have my (will be this summer) 5 year old catch his first fish....
Since my fishing (etc.) website is still down, you can be distracted by geology stuff at: http://www.fresnostate.edu/csm/ees/facu ... ayshi.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
