Mount Huashan (China)

If you thought Half Dome or Angels Landing was scary check this out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbtZfzxX44o" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Professional Sierra Landscape Photographer

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

Have a safer backcountry experience by using the HST ReConn Form 2.0, named after Larry Conn, a HST member: http://reconn.org

I think there are a number of hiking trails in the world that make our most scary trails look like child's play. I wasn't aware of Huashan (had seen photos of the historic mountain and its shrines but not that hiking trail), but I've seen photos and videos of others from trails in other countries that are as sketchy, including ones that don't have anything to clip onto and have rickety or missing sections in walkways, etc. Certainly not my idea of a relaxing walk.
Since my fishing (etc.) website is still down, you can be distracted by geology stuff at: http://www.fresnostate.edu/csm/ees/facu ... ayshi.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
