Mosquito info for Sandpiper Lake area requested

Post by smitherz22 »

Hi. Heading up Bear Creek diversion to John Muir trail, then south to Sandpiper Lake next week. Just wondering if anyone has headed that way and can give a mosquito report?

Hi Smitherz22,

Welcome to HST! Your post was moved, that particular thread is for posting reports
and not to ask questions about a particular area. Hopefully someone will chime in
here or post a report that will give you insight to the conditions at Sandpiper Lake.

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.
