earthquake just hit.

Grab your bear can or camp chair, kick your feet up and chew the fat about anything Sierra Nevada related that doesn't quite fit in any of the other forums. only lasted a few seconds. shook the house pretty good, splashed water out of the aquarium. Preliminary is a 5.7, center appears to be between Chester and Greenville.

Power did not flicker, but our house phone is dead. Cells work.

Felt it in Auburn, but I thought it was the neighbor dropping something heavy until I read the reports. Was just a quick jolt.
Wonder is rock and water and the life that lives in-between.
