Pointless Peak
Did Pointless Peak on Sunday Sept 03, west of Rock Creek Lake , North of Mt Starr and South of Patricia pk. If you do this peak, park on Rock Creek Road just south of the Hilton trailhead and hike up to the Corral, head west to the trail the animals head out on going south, look to your right and about 100 to 200 yards you will find the use trail that leads to the bowl below Pointless Peak. I went in off the road and Im still healing from the bushwhack. Here are a few photos

This one is still on my list. . . tried to snowboard it, hiked up to the bottom of the 'V' on the right. Still a FUN ride down!

I had a late start on this one so I didnt get to scout out any alternate routes down heading for Golden Lake or any links to Mono Pass and back around to Ruby lake, it looks like a ridge connection by all is feasable. I would also like to organize the bits of paper in the register, it was too windy to pull them out and look at them.
